How we Fulfill and Ship

Journeying Together: How Your Items Ship

We treat each item like treasure. Our dad hats/baseball caps and snapback hats are individually encased to protect their form and fortify them for their travels. Sometimes, items from the same order set off from different forts (fulfillment centers), meaning they may travel separately. But fear not—they're all bound for the same final destination: your hands.

Local Crafting saves time

Every order is made on demand and items are produced local if possible. When you're ordering from the US, a local partner will produce the products you ordered there. Same goes for the UK and the EU. This way we can produce and ship your products efficiently. And it helps the environment!

Delivery

When will I get my order?

On average, our gear takes 1–4 business days to move from conception to ready-to-ship, depending on the crafting technique. We factor in our current quests (orders) and how many we can embark on simultaneously (fulfillment capacity) to calculate this timeline. For shipping, we draw on our past voyages (historical shipping data) to your region to estimate how long the journey will take.

Our fulfillment partner ships your order using the most efficient service available. If you are located in the EU, UK or US our products should arrive 4-9 days after ordering. For other regions it can take up to several weeks. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

  • USA: 2–4 business days
  • Europe: 3–8 business days
  • Australia: 2–14 business days
  • Japan: 3–8 business days
  • International: 7–28 business days

Remember, while we strive to be as accurate as possible, our estimeate delivery time is an estimate, not an unbreakable vow.

Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide! At time of writing we fulfill orders in USA, UK, Australia, Spain, Latvia, Japan and Brazil. In most cases the fulfillment facility closest to your delivery address will be used to produce the order.

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

Once your bespoke gear is prepped and ready to start its journey, you'll receive an email from us that includes a magical link to the tracking page. This page is your window into your order's adventure, pooling data from various couriers to simplify tracking for you.

For real-time updates right at your fingertips, opt-in for email tracking notifications. By adding your email to the tracking page (see the screenshot below for guidance), you'll never miss a beat on your shipment's progress.

Where's My Gear?

If your order seems to be taking the scenic route and hasn't arrived yet, let's troubleshoot together before you reach out:

  1. Verify Your Details: Double-check your shipping confirmation email to ensure the delivery address is spot-on.
  2. Check with the Post Office: Your local post office might be holding onto your package.
  3. Ask Around: Sometimes couriers leave packages with neighbors. Swing by and ask if they’ve seen it.

If everything checks out and you still can't track down your gear, shoot us an email with your order number. If there's a slip-up with the delivery address, no worries—we can send you a replacement. Just note, shipping costs will be on you.
