How do I return or exchange something?

How do I place an order?

Simply find your treasure, add it to your cart, and cruise through our checkout. We'll email you a summary and save it in your account too.

Can I tweak or cancel my order after it's placed?

Absolutely! You've got a small window to change your mind before we start the magic. Just reach out pronto!

Shipping and Tracking

What's the deal with shipping?

We ship with the best service for your location. Expect your gear in the EU, UK, or US within 6-9 days. Other spots might take up to few weeks. More information about shipping can be found here. Any other shipping questions? Just ask!

Do all my items ship together?

Mostly, yes. But to keep items like hats and mugs in tip-top shape, we send them separately.

When will my offroad gear arrive?

We aim for 2–5 business days to get your order ready, plus shipping time. Check the tracking link we send you for up-to-the-minute updates.

How can I track my order?

Once we ship your order, we'll email you a tracking number. Use it to check your order's journey online.

That's just the scent of fresh adventure (aka the print setting solution). It'll disappear with the first wash.

We're based in the heart of the Peruvian Amazon, just a stone's throw from Tarapoto. It's where the magic happens!
